Fabricio Esquivel
Fabricio Esquivel, a University of Houston alumnus, knew from an early age that he had an aptitude for architecture and the built environment. Determined to leave his impression on the world, Fabricio became a well-rounded architectural designer capable of providing adaptable interior design services through sustainable design.
Fabricio manages and designs according to his client’s style and utilizes a team that is eager to learn and build on that vision. “Each client creates a new challenge and opportunity to shape an environment, reflect their goals and highlight their brand in an amazing space,” Fabricio says.
Experienced as a ground-up architect, Fabricio’s on-the-spot problem solving makes him a valuable resource to any client. He believes frequent client interaction and open communication will result in a notable project and satisfied clients. Fabricio says, “It’s about personal contact, beginning each day as a collaborative effort and sorting collected information into usable data.”
Fabricio’s work on the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology helped the academic campus be certified as the world’s largest LEED project and the first in the Middle East to receive LEED Platinum certification.
