Gin Kappler-Peeler, Associate and Texas A&M University alumna, use her multi-talented development skills to deliver a diverse range of projects with a personal service. As project manager, Gin leverages her diverse training as both an architect and an interior designer to inform her clients and enhance their service.

Gin’s goal is to interface with clients and become intimately involved in a project’s objectives and goals. She is engaged from the project’s inception to its successful turnover. Gin offers clients a direct source of accountability and a singular point-of-contact for coordinating the design team’s efforts. With the client, Gin will control cost, time and quality parameters and will revisit these goals to drive the team toward a successful delivery.

Gin has developed a portfolio filled with extremely complex phasing requirements and technology laden components.
