Inventure Design

Joseph Maytum, a University of Houston alumnus, brings over 20 years of experience to Inventure Design, but his passion for architect began in childhood. Joseph translated his love of Legos into a life long professional career that includes project involvement on many high-profile healthcare projects.

As a healthcare expert, Joseph recognizes the importance of sustainable design, wayfinding and functionality and great ascetics. Joseph’s knowledge of medical technology and healthcare operations enables him to engage with design teams, leadership and end users in exploring new healthcare design concepts.

While reflecting on his project experience, Joseph says, “The patient, family and staff should all be the focus of every design; this will improve the healing environment for everyone.” He believes that by improving facility conditions, you subsequently increase patient satisfaction, staff retention and operational efficiencies.
