Martina Simms-Hilbert
Martina Simms-Hilbert, an Eastern Kentucky University alumna, has successfully applied her knowledge of business administration to advance her career in corporate finance, accounting, human resources and office administration.
Martina delved into the interior design field when she began working for PDR (Planning, Design, Research). At PDR Martina worked alongside Keith Christopher, Inventure Design COO, for seven years.
After joining O’Neill Hill and Associates in 2005 as finance and human resources manager, Martina became a key element in attracting new talent to the firm. She has since secured several associate positions and jumped at the opportunity to incorporate Keith into the team in 2007.
