Todd Eppenbach
Todd Eppenbach, Senior Architect and Kansas State University alumnus, has solidified his career with exposure to financial, educational, retail, religious, industrial and corporate projects.
Todd, who at six years old determined he would be an architect, thrives on completing projects others would typically dismiss and loves the satisfaction of a successful project completion.
“I’m not looking for recognition or notoriety. I’m just pleased when my team is prasied by a happy client.
As a project manager, Todd prides himself on his hands-on approach. He understands the importance of being accessible to the client, visiting project sites and communicating effectively with contractors.
“By making the client my top priority I’m able to cleary define the project scope and budget, saving time and valuable resources,” Todd says.
