Peoples Energy

The client was expanding to two floors but wanted a space that would retain the sense of employee camaraderie. The ideal space previously housed a law firm and featured a staircase that would allow for quick transfers between floors. We reused many of the existing walls, rooms and traditional detailing. To centralize meet-and-mingle areas, a coffee bar and lunch room were added. High-end audio/video projects images into the space to assist in creating collaborative opportunities.
