PetroCosm

When we were interviewed, PetroCosm had four employees and needed the design/build-out of a single floor. The schedule was tight, with a completion date in ten weeks. Six weeks into our work, another floor was added with a connecting stair, fully redundant data center with hurricane walls, central plant, workout rooms and more. The schedule, however, was firm. By move-in, the company had rocketed to 200 employees—but their space was read and beautiful. Total elapsed time: twelve weeks.
