For a newly purchased historical building, this small, thriving law firm needed renovations and the addition of a new stairwell, elevator and rest rooms. The team expertly designed the additions to satisfy the Historical Preservation Society. A new roof, doors and windows completed the exterior renovation. An exposed brick separation wall was left intact, acid washed and used as a design feature. The team used millwork detailing to evoke a nostalgic feeling, while incorporating all the modern conveniences.
