Presbyterian Hospital of Plano

This expansion/renovation project added a new tower and renovated 108,000 SF to expand the hospital’s capacity by 40 percent. The Emergency Department features generous lighting and a liberal use of plants which conveys a light, open feeling. Creating "family" space in the NICU was especially important, and a series of warm wood dividers and specialty lighting that changes with the daylight were incorporated to acclimate babies to the circadian rhythm which improves development.
