University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center
The project centered on the 1.7 sf addition to the UT Southwestern Medical Center. Our firm developed a master land use plan that provided guidance to the eventual replacement/regeneration of the campus buildings. The principles of new urbanism create a vibrant economic engine and incorporate important elements of sustainability. Carefully placed and planned transportation specs reduce traffic congestion and improve accessibility. Thus reducing the impact of the ecological footprint on the city of Dallas.
